Outstanding Mid 19th Century Victorian Carved Credenza in mahogany and walnut, a true piece of history. The upper section has carved foliage on the left and right of the glazed mirrored front, flanked by the bald eagle perched on a branch. This eagle is in the style of Henry Belter, and could possibly be American. The middle section is presented to us with carrera marble in a serpentine shape. The hand carved corbels hang with chestnuts and foliage below the marble. The bottom has three carved mirrored doors to reveal a shelved interior, standing on a plinth base.
