RETURN & REFUND POLICY (FINAL SALE)

At Kipper Designs, every piece is created and delivered with intention, care, and quality control. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After 7 days, we are unable to review or process any claims.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items are final sale, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Any limited edition releases

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Any item sent back without prior written approval will be rejected and will not be eligible for refund, credit, or return to sender.
