These are a pair gorgeous 18th Century cerulean blue primitive benches that come from an Italian chapel. The constant usage and their age is shown by the wear on the paint, having seated many people coming to the church in devotion. Within the seat of one the benches is a space allowing for the storage of holy books.

These benches would sit nicely under a window, at the end of a narrow hallway, or on a covered porch.
