Set of Continental 19th Century Biedermeier-Viennese Walnut Chairs (6)

A most elegant and complete set of six continental 19th century Biedermeier - Viennese burl walnut.

Each chair is raised by fine circular tapered front legs with slightly curved square tapered legs. There is a cross stretcher on the front and sides.

The back rail is burled walnut finely chosen in vertical pattern housed in a boxwood veneer - beautifully executed. Suburb varnish work.

The fabric is a while Chanel recently reupholstered. The chairs are structurally sound and they have been finished with French polish.
